SuperNZB – Authorization

Widespread software piracy has made this system necessary.

When you start the Downloader the first time, SuperNZB will try to verify your username with our authorization server at techsono.com. This usually takes less than a second.

If you are using a firewall, such as the one built into Windows, you may need to configure it to allow access to techsono.com.

After a failed authorization, you will have to restart SuperNZB.

If you still have problems, email us the contents of the ‘auth-debug.txt’ file. To find this file, go onto SuperNZB’s “Help” menu and then to “Open App Data Folder”. On the Mac, you can just go into your SuperNZB folder. Once you have the file open, paste it into an email, and send it to the address on the Support page. Also include in the email the email-address and registration-key that you have entered into SuperNZB.
