Go onto the “Setup” menu, then to “Groups” and the Groups window will open. If you have more than one server, select the one you want in the drop-down menu to the right of where it says “Server:”
The newsgroups list will show all of the newsgroups that you have setup for that server. Click on the newsgroup that you want to delete, and then click the “Delete Group” button.
