Pause Setting

This option is located at: Setup Menu -> Settings -> Watcher1

When the unPoster finishes analyzing all the headers of all your newsgroups, it will pause so as to not harass the news server with too many un-necessary requests. Some ISP's may be sensative about how much of a load you put on their network and news server, so it is always good to be polite.
